| Detailed Description |
| I am looking to move to Tennessee from Texas to live closer to family. Where I'm wanting to live would fall into a rectangle shaped area ranging from Lebanon (where my brother lives) to Murfreesboro (where my dad lives). I don't wish to be a burden by moving in with my family, so I'll need a roommate. I'm a dependable, quiet person and tend to keep to myself. As long as I have a room of my own to retreat to after work, I'm usually content. Who I live with isn't a real factor - male, female, gay, straight - I don't care as long as we can depend on each other to take care of the rent.
Currently, I work as a delivery driver for a pizza chain. The money isn't bad and it shouldn't be too hard to have a job lined up for it before the move. I don't do a whole lot. Not because I'm anti-social or anything but because all of my good friends moved away or moved on to other things. So my usual day just consists of going to work and coming home. I'll watch some TV, maybe some XBox, drink a beer, or do some reading.
My current roommate and I are on good terms. With our work schedules, I can go days without even seeing him, and even if we are at home at the same time, we're always in our own rooms anyway.
I'm hoping to keep my portion of the rent about the same as now, which is $300 a month. I can go a little higher if I must, but would prefer not much. My target date for moving is to do it by February 1, 2016, although I could possibly move it to earlier if the need arises.
All in all, I'd be a good roommate. I'm just looking for the same. |
